Vegan peanut butter cups (my recipe). You will need: 300g dark chocolate, 3 heaped tablespoons of peanut butter, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, 2-3 tablespoons of golden syrup, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Melt 200g of chocolate and spoon into bun cases, using a second bun case inside the other to press down the chocolate and create a mold. Put these in the fridge. Melt the other ingredients together in a pan, then remove top bun cases and pour mixture into set chocolate mold. Put back in the fridge. Melt remaining chocolate then pour over the tops of the cups to create the lid. Return to the fridge until fully set. Eat :)
